Space is the Place...
This website serves as sort of a personal journal. Here you can find my tech tips, video game collection, writing, and general idiocy. Oh, I also stream:
Nick n-nick Nick n-nick Nick Nick. Nickelodeon REBOOT
So, I've been looking into 90s era television a lot. You know, old Cartoon Network, G4/TechTV, old Disney, Saturday Morning Cartoons. You get it. Obviously there's the standby Toonami Aftermath, which I have on my PVM (more on that in the Tech Tab) but all the Nick/Disney stuff seems to get shut down what with the quickness and all. But finally, a bastion in the desert of retro content, I present to you Nick Reboot. Now this used to be its own website a while back but... you know how that goes. Luckily someone seems to have kept it alive over at cytube. Give it a lot if you want to relive those old days of space shoes and super soakers, back when lunchables didn't have mold. That's right, our food was poisoning us with thousands of new checmicals at the time but damn it we didn't let them sell us mold. Anyways, here's a second link, complete with picture!
Smash Your Action Figures Together Against Your Friends
Someone is making a fighting game where you literally smash your actions figures together. They're all boot leg versions of things like Ninja Turtles and Conan but my God are the vibes immaculate. Also, the name is perfect: Knock Off. Come on. Just come on. Here's video of youtuber "rooflemonger" playing the demo.
and here is the link to the kickstarter. At the time of writing the kickstarter is at $15,500 of a $250,000 goal but the project itself seems to be well on its way.
Pokemon: The MMORPG
I had a dream last night that I was in some kind of Pokemon/Digimon MMORPG. The rules of the world worked like Pokemon, where you caught the creatures and used them to battle or for other utilitarian purposes, similar to Pal World. Thing is though I think they also became cards when you caught them so your collection was basically a deck. Like some YuGiOh/Card Captors type shit. Okay so the first thing I remember catching was a Triceratops with only the two horns that was colored like Garumon. So I guess it's a Biceratops but whatever. Anyways it happened in this weird co-ed bathroom with no doors on the stalls. Fuckin dreams man. Anyways: part deux, Most of my friends had like crazy warrior pokemon, closer to Personas than anything else, and I somehow ended up losing my deck of 'mon and also there was this handheld red Ipod shuffle thing that took pictures and for some reason Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, Kaylee from Firefly, Ashley Johnson, and Jimmy O. Yang were there.
Look, okay, I didn't say the dream made sense, I just want to share it. Anyways 3, I woke up and I wanted to play this damn game so I googled "Pokemon MMORPG". As you can guess I got results for TemTem, Pal World, and things that are close to but not what I wanted. But then something else came up. Pokemon Blaze Online. See, apparently someone's been working on a legit Pokemon MMO for a bit and even more apparently it released, I think this year? Long story short, I'mma give it a shot and see what's up. If you want to do the same here's your link.

Did you know there's an MMO Joust website? This is the good internet.
